Prime Squad Pty Ltd ("Prime Squad", "we", "us", "our") provides a platform that allows you to discover and book appointments with restaurants, salons, entertainment venues, and other service providers across Australia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
1. About Prime Squad
Prime Squad is a carefully built booking platform that connects customers with restaurants, salons, entertainment venues, and other service providers across Australia. Our founders bring extensive experience from restaurant management, customer service, and IT backgrounds, ensuring a platform built with deep industry knowledge and user-focused design.
We facilitate bookings and payments but do not provide the actual services - these are provided by our partner venues ("Partners"). When you book through Prime Squad, you enter into a direct contract with the Partner for the services. Prime Squad acts as an intermediary and payment processor on behalf of the Partner.
Our platform has been developed with careful attention to detail, drawing from real-world experience in hospitality and customer service to create an intuitive and reliable booking experience.
2. Key Definitions
- "Appointment" means any booking for services from a Partner made through our platform
- "Partner" means restaurants, salons, entertainment venues, or other service providers listed on our platform
- "Services" means our booking platform, mobile app, website, and related services
- "User" or "you" means any person who uses our Services
- "Account" means your Prime Squad user account
- "Content" means any information, data, text, images, or other materials on our platform
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, phone number, and payment information. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • All activities that occur under your account
- • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- • Using a strong, unique password
3.3 Account Restrictions
You may not create multiple accounts, transfer your account to another person, or use another person's account without permission.
4. Making Bookings
4.1 Booking Process
When you make a booking through our platform:
- • You select the Partner, service, date, and time
- • You review and confirm all booking details
- • You agree to the Partner's specific terms and conditions
- • Payment is processed through our secure payment system
- • You receive a confirmation with booking details
4.2 Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or notification. The contract for services is between you and the Partner, not with Prime Squad.
4.3 Partner Information
While we strive to ensure Partner information is accurate, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all details. Partners are responsible for their own information, services, and compliance with applicable laws.
5. Payments and Pricing
5.1 Payment Processing
We process payments on behalf of Partners using secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all bookings and applicable fees.
5.2 Pricing
All prices are set by Partners and displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices may include applicable taxes, service fees, and other charges as disclosed at the time of booking.
5.3 Service Fees
Prime Squad may charge service fees for using our platform. These fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete your booking.
5.4 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our platform. You must provide accurate billing information and have sufficient funds available.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Cancellation Policies
Each Partner sets their own cancellation policy, which will be displayed at the time of booking. Common policies include:
- • Free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before the appointment
- • Partial refunds for cancellations within 24 hours
- • No refunds for no-shows or very late cancellations
6.2 How to Cancel
You can cancel bookings through:
- • Our mobile app or website
- • Contacting the Partner directly
- • Contacting our customer support team
6.3 Refund Processing
Refunds are processed according to the Partner's cancellation policy and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your payment method.
6.4 No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your appointment without cancelling, you may be charged the full amount according to the Partner's no-show policy.
7. User Responsibilities and Conduct
7.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- • Use automated systems to access the Services
- • Impersonate any person or entity
- • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Partners
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7.2 Health and Safety
You are responsible for:
- • Disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements to Partners
- • Ensuring you are fit to receive the services
- • Following all safety instructions provided by Partners
- • Not attending appointments if you are unwell or contagious
7.3 Age Restrictions
Some services may have age restrictions. You must comply with all age requirements and provide valid identification when requested by Partners.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Our Content
All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is owned by Prime Squad or our licensors and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
8.2 User Content
When you submit reviews, photos, or other content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating our Services.
8.3 Trademarks
"Prime Squad" and our logo are trademarks of Prime Squad Pty Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without our written permission.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations
10.1 Service Availability
We provide our Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 Partner Services
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Partners. Partners are independent businesses and are solely responsible for their services, compliance with laws, and customer satisfaction.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Prime Squad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our Services.
10.4 Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Squad, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support team or using the account deletion feature in our app.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

- • Abuse our Services or other users
- • Fail to pay required fees
12.3 Effect of Termination

15.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
